It is remarkable that many time we are interested in health but then we avoid the subject because it is easier to let it go and not attend to our body and its needs, of course there comes a time when this tells us that our health is not going well.
Something that we must take into account is the awareness that our body is the greatest gift of our life, it is our instrument to achieve what we propose.
Health is a complete physical, mental, spiritual and social well-being:
Physical health:
involves pursuing a healthful lifestyle to decrease the risk of disease. Maintaining physical fitness, for example, can protect and develop the endurance of a person’s breathing and heart function, muscular strength, flexibility, and body composition.
Mental health:
refers to a person’s emotional, social, and psychological well-being: less stress, enjoy life, balance different elements of life, such as family and finances, bounce back after difficult experiences and adapt to adversity
Spiritual health creates a balance between physical, psychological and social aspects of human life, includes a purpose, peacefull mind, can help to cope with the pain and difficulties that accompany illness or other life challenges.
Social health helps for lower rates of anxiety and depression, higher self-esteem, greater empathy, and more trusting and cooperative relationships.
Eating balance
Exercise at least 150 minutes weekly
Learning to manage stress
Connecting with and caring for other people
Meditation a great practice to connect with your mind
